Experts from the U.S. edition
“Consumer Reports” made a ranking of the best models for 2013. In
7 out of 10 categories, the winners are Japanese cars, which have
received the highest ratings for its reliability and safety.
The experts have chosen winners out of 280 models, that were tested by themselves. With the most first places – 3, are the car models Toyota and Honda.
Honda
wins one of the most controversial classes with Accord, as top among
compact and minivans crossovers. Toyota is ranked top in
environmental cars and midsize crossovers. The largest carmaker in
the world takes the prize in the category sports car with its overall
design with Subaru, which in North America is sold under the brand
Scion.
After
1 year absence among the winners is returned Hyundai Elantra, which
is № 1 in "affordable cars". Hundai Elantra has not
earned U.S. model in none of the categories. But there is no rating
for pickup, as experts have not been able to test models of this
class of Chrysler and General Motors.
